    Founded in 2004, Hamilton Shaw Consulting has grown to become one of Melbourne’s leading technology sourcing advisory firms.

    Lisa Shaw, Founder and Managing Director of Hamilton Shaw Consulting

    Lisa has a background in accounting and is an IT sourcing and Technology Business Management specialist with over 30 years’ experience. She has an excellent understanding of the enterprise IT supplier landscape in Australia and is experienced in developing IT sourcing strategies, negotiating outsourcing agreements, and establishing vendor governance functions. She has a particular passion for developing IT costing, pricing and recharge models (leveraging industry frameworks) that optimise technology expenditure and drive the right behaviours.

     

    Lisa also takes an active interest in the development of others and operates in both a formal and informal mentoring capacity.

     

    Over the last 16 years, Lisa has built a team of talented consultants who bring technical, financial, contract and service management expertise to the table. All Hamilton Shaw consultants have at least 20 years of industry experience, hold industry qualifications and have a proven track record of success.
