- Pricing Assistance for the Outsourcing of Network Services
Hamilton Shaw Consulting was engaged by Vodafone, NZ to provide specialist pricing and commercial support for the tendering and negotiation of network services. This included:
- Determining most appropriate pricing regime, based on the scope of services, underlying cost drivers, desired behaviours and business outcomes and risk position
- Preparation of tender and contractual documentation
- Evaluation of supplier responses
- Pricing Negotiations with suppliers.
