  • Pricing Assistance for the Outsourcing of Network Services
  • Hamilton Shaw Consulting was engaged by Vodafone, NZ to provide specialist pricing and commercial support for the tendering and negotiation of network services. This included:

    • Determining most appropriate pricing regime, based on the scope of services, underlying cost drivers, desired behaviours and business outcomes and risk position
    • Preparation of tender and contractual documentation
    • Evaluation of supplier responses
    • Pricing Negotiations with suppliers.
