Tim Sharkey – Senior Associate

Overview

Tim is a highly qualified and experienced senior IT Executive/General Manager with an extensive strategic and organisational leadership and consulting background across diverse industries including IT and telecommunications, transport and logistics, retail and professional services. Tim has strong commercial acumen, with particular experience in leading major transition and outsourcing projects in large, complex corporate environments. He has a proven ability to deliver significant improvements in service quality and efficiency, whilst reducing operating costs.

Tim bring to clients well developed leadership abilities, with a reputation for building robust, cohesive teams who deliver outstanding services in times of organisational upheaval, ambiguous expectations and fast changing competitive environments. Articulate, with excellent stakeholder management skills, he has extensive experience in presenting to and influencing senior level executives in major corporations.
