Comments supplied by the CIO at the end of the assignment highlight the overall success of the work:
“Tom Noonan is an experienced CIO/Consultant who was able to quickly settle in this important supporting role. His demeanor and approach was a comforting factor to staff and myself. His approach to work was methodical, efficient and effective – he produced outcomes that were practicable, appropriate and readily implementable. He provided a sound mentoring/coaching approach to younger and less experienced staff. His communication skills and personable manner enabled him to work effectively with a wide cross section of RCH management and staff.”
