Kathleen Cadle – Senior Associate

Overview

Kathleen Cadle is a highly effective project manager and management consultant with over 17 years experience, operating across a variety of industries including IT&T, resources, banking and finance, utilities and professional services. She has a strong focus on delivery and her track record of success includes several projects in which Kathleen was accountable for end-to-end delivery of global enterprise-wide projects ranging from Infrastructure rationalization to Directory implementation.

Kathleen is adept at managing all aspects of complex development projects including the preparation and management of detailed plans, project schedules, project scope, project budgets and performance metrics. A committed and energetic team leader, she has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams and has used her expertise for mentoring other Project Managers. Kathleen’s other key skills include end-to-end consultation and reporting to senior management and project stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of planned outcomes.

Kathleen has a strong belief in quality, risk and change management principles. Not afraid of getting into the detail, Kathleen has the ability to research, interpret and consolidate large volumes of information down to the critical elements to mitigate risk and ensure a high quality outcome for clients. She works with clients to really understand the business issues that underlie the projects she manages; ensuring optimal outcomes as well as projects being on time and budget.

Working with Kathleen is a pleasure. She is enthusiastic and motivated in her approach to work, warm in her interactions, has a dry sense of humour and likes to have fun - whilst always remaining focused at the task at hand. She watches out for her colleagues, giving the right level of support and guidance to ensure the team is successful in achieving its goals.

Project Manager - Undertook end-to-end delivery of a variety of projects ranging from business products to network enhancements
Review of Spectrum and Virtual Private Network Activation System – Contractual assessment of a $12 million international contract to provide a network activation system
Customer Control of Spectrum Services – Managed the design, development and delivery of a state-of-the-art facility that allowed customers and internal staff to manage their Spectrum services on-line
