Cameron Johnson – Senior Associate

Overview

Cameron Johnson is a highly successful consultant, program manager / project manager with 15 years experience in the IT, Telecommunications and Events industries. With experience in Australia, the U.K and Southern Africa, Cameron has planned and implemented major telecommunications and IT infrastructure projects and programs and has managed project teams of up to 20 people.

Cameron’s excellent relationship management skills enable him to quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. He is a multi-talented professional with diverse experience in project management, program management, contract negotiation, contract management, change management, vendor management and risk management.

He possesses strong interpersonal and mediation skills and has the ability to build and motivate a team across all levels of an organisation.

Cameron has the ability to research, interpret and consolidate large volumes of information down to the critical elements to mitigate risk and ensure a high quality outcome for clients. He works with clients to really understand the business issues that underlie the projects he manages; ensuring optimal outcomes as well as projects being on time and budget.

Communica’s Program Office managed all aspects of IT infrastructure conceptual design and estimation for IT fit-out works in all buildings within Deutsche Banks’ London Campus.

Cameron has a Commerce Degree from the University of Wollongong and a Diploma of Project Management with the Australian Institute of Project Management.
