Amanda Keely – Senior Associate

Overview

Amanda is a manager with 26 years experience in project management, operations management and business administration, particularly in the IT, oil, banking and finance and utilities sectors. She is a strong team leader with a customer focus and excellent communications skills. She has a proven record of building strong relationships with her customers, clients and managers and thrives in an environment focused on achieving results through positive teamwork.

Amanda’s recent career has focused on providing organisational change consulting to organisations both here and in the UK so as to achieve stated project outcomes whilst getting the best from staff, involving customers and meeting stakeholder expectations. She is an accredited Myers-Briggs and TMI facilitator as well as a qualified Project Management trainer.

Amanda is very systematic and rigorous in her work, giving clients the upmost confidence their project is in capable hands. She is very personable – full of good humour – making her a great addition to any team. Amanda is also concerned for the wellbeing of her team and broader client staff, always making sure she gives the right level of support and guidance to ensure the team is successful in achieving its goals.

Senior Consultant for SMS Management & Technology in the UK and Australia working on projects including Project Management and setting up a PMO, software selection, bid negotiation, IT due diligence and project review
